Dairy-Free Apple-Ginger Smoothie

This is a simple and delicious smoothie. Try adding a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg for extra seasoning.

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • 2 cups water


  • Blend all ingredients except for water until smooth—a regular blender will be able to handle the apple chunks. Start with 1 cup of water, and gradually pour in the second cup of water until the desired consistency is reached.
