Dairy-Free Cake Frosting
This is a delicious frosting to use with dairy-free cakes and cookies. The cashews can be replaced with other creamy foods such as young coconut meat, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, or avocado. The coconut oil can be replaced with lecithin or psyllium husk powder.
