Dairy-Free Nut Butter Fudge Fat Bomb

The simple flavors of peanut butter, vanilla, and coconut make this fudge a delicious alternative to many of the chocolate-based fudges. This fudge also sets quickly and can be consumed in less than 30 minutes if chilled in the freezer to accelerate the setting process.

  • 2⁄3 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1⁄3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 drops liquid stevia


  • Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add almond butter and coconut oil and melt. Once melted, add vanilla and stevia and stir well to combine.
  • Pour mixture into a small tray. Refrigerate 30 minutes until set.
