Dalgona Coffee with Cashew Milk

  • 3 tablespoons instant espresso
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water, boiling hot
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cups cashew milk


  • In medium bowl, use electric hand mixer to beat together espresso, coconut sugar and water until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • In two cups, equally divide ice cubes and milk. Top with equal amounts of whipped coffee.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
