Delicious Dumplings for Soup
Dumplings are fun and delicious. They add body to soups and stews.

- 5 Tbsp. potato flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- Mix all ingredients together and work into a stiff dough. Drop by the teaspoonful into any soup you are preparing. Let cook for 3 minutes before serving.
