Delicious Dumplings for Soup

Dumplings are fun and delicious. They add body to soups and stews.

  • 5 Tbsp. potato flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper


  • Mix all ingredients together and work into a stiff dough. Drop by the teaspoonful into any soup you are preparing. Let cook for 3 minutes before serving.
