  • 2 cups watercress
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place watercress, pineapple, apples, ginger, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
