Dreamy Melon Cream Smoothie
Unique flavors of cantaloupe and honeydew melons stand alone in the wide spectrum of fruit taste sensations. Dripping with super sweet vitamin C–packed juice, these melons get boosted with protein benefits by the addition of Greek-style yogurt.

- 1 cup cantaloupe, peeled and deseeded
- 1 cup honeydew melon, peeled and deseeded
- 1 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt, or 1 cup silken tofu
- ½ cup organic apple juice, not from concentrate
- 1 cup ice
- Combine the cantaloupe, honeydew, Greek-style yogurt or silken tofu, and ¼ cup of apple juice with ½ cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining apple juice and ice, gradually, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
