Dreamy Melon Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cantaloupe, peeled and deseeded
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, peeled and deseeded
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt, or 1 cup silken tofu
  • ½ cup organic apple juice, not from concentrate
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Combine the cantaloupe, honeydew, Greek-style yogurt or silken tofu, and ¼ cup of apple juice with ½ cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining apple juice and ice, gradually, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
