Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
This Latin American-style caramel is delicious with vanilla ice cream.

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cans (14 oz.) dulce de leche
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- In a medium saucepan, bring milk and cream to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in dulce de leche and vanilla. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
