Easy Baked Rice Pudding

  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the rice, milk, and sugar. Mix well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake for about 1 1⁄2 hours, or until creamy. Do not overcook. Occasionally break the skin with a spoon while baking. Let cool, then top with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
