Easy Baked Rice Pudding

- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine the rice, milk, and sugar. Mix well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake for about 1½ hours, or until creamy. Do not overcook. Occasionally break the skin with a spoon while baking. Let cool, then top with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
