Serves: 4

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 lb. shelled, deveined medium shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

  • In a small bowl, stir together the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, and water.
  • Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Place the shrimp in a bowl and toss with the Cajun seasoning. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, tilting the skillet so that the butter covers the bottom of the pan. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, or until they turn pink. Add the sauce and bring to a boil. Stir to mix everything together. Serve hot.
