Easy Mashed Potatoes

Sour cream, buttermilk, and Parmesan cheese add great flavor and texture to these super easy potatoes.

  • 1 bag (24 oz.) steam and mash potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. white pepper
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook garlic in butter in small pan until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • When potatoes are done, place in warmed bowl and add garlic and butter; mash. Add all remaining ingredients and mash and beat until combined. Serve immediately.
