Easy Mashed Potatoes

Sour cream, buttermilk, and Parmesan cheese add great flavor and texture to these super easy potatoes.

- 1 bag (24 oz.) steam and mash potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. white pepper
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook garlic in butter in small pan until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- When potatoes are done, place in warmed bowl and add garlic and butter; mash. Add all remaining ingredients and mash and beat until combined. Serve immediately.
