Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Beat the eggs until they’re light yellow and fluffy. Add the sugar, corn, syrup, salt, melted butter, vanilla, and pecan halves.
- Place the mixture in the unbaked pie crust and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until edges are bubbly. Let cool until firm before serving.
