Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2⁄3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Beat the eggs until they’re light yellow and fluffy. Add the sugar, corn, syrup, salt, melted butter, vanilla, and pecan halves.
  • Place the mixture in the unbaked pie crust and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until edges are bubbly. Let cool until firm before serving.
