Easy Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry mixed vegetables, thawed
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce


  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized pieces. Add to the slow cooker along with the vegetables, broth, and sauce. Stir to mix. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
