Easy Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
Serve Teriyaki Chicken over cooked rice.

- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry mixed vegetables, thawed
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized pieces. Add to the slow cooker along with the vegetables, broth, and sauce. Stir to mix. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
