- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. whole-grain mustard
- 1 medium green onion, chopped
- In a medium bowl, combine the hard-boiled eggs and celery. Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix again. Top with green onion.
