Energy Bites

Take these with you when you have a long day of errands. You’ll always have something healthy to snack on.

  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1 cup uncooked quick-cook rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 cup raisins
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes cereal


  • Mix the honey and peanut butter together. Add the dry milk, oats, and raisins. Mix together well.
  • Roll the mixture into 2 dozen balls. Roll the balls in the crushed cereal.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
