Extra-Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

The dressing will thicken as it cools. You can thin it out by adding a little more white wine vinegar when you take it out of the fridge.

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ⅓ cup blue cheese crumbles


  • Put mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream, and white wine vinegar in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in blue cheese crumbles. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
