Extra-Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
The dressing will thicken as it cools. You can thin it out by adding a little more white wine vinegar when you take it out of the fridge.

- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
- 1⁄3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Put mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream, and white wine vinegar in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in blue cheese crumbles. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
