Extra Hot Dipping Sauce

Hot chili sauce gives this dipping sauce extra bite. Serve with a hot pot or grilled meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. coriander seeds
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp. spicy chili garlic sauce
  • 1 Thai red chili

Directions

  • Grind the coriander seeds in a coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle. Combine with the soy sauce, peanut butter, sugar, and water in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Stir in the chili sauce. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Garnish with Thai chili, if desired.
