  • 3 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 1⁄4 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
