Fat-Free Mango Milkshakes

This shake is thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. If you love mango, here’s your new best friend.

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup mango juice


  • Peel mango and cut into cubes. Place into a blender or food processor and purée.
  • Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
