Fat-Free Mango Milkshakes
This shake is thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. If you love mango, here’s your new best friend.

- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
- 1 cup mango juice
- Peel mango and cut into cubes. Place into a blender or food processor and purée.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
