Fiber-Rich Green Smoothie
Kale provides vitamins A and K. Combined with the iron- and folate-rich broccoli, and pectin-providing apples, the kale makes this smoothie a completely fiber-filled drink.

- 2 large kale leaves
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 2 cups purified water
- Place kale, broccoli, apples, lemon, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
