Fiesta Salsa

This salsa is also good heated and served over sliced grilled steak or poultry for fajitas.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 small jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ tsp. oregano

Directions

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
