Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, with leaves
- 1⁄2 banana, frozen
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) fresh ginger
- 1⁄2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1⁄2 cup basil leaves
- 3 fresh figs
- 2 cups coconut water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a blender or bullet-type juicer and purée until smooth.
