Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery, with leaves
  • 1⁄2 banana, frozen
  • 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) fresh ginger
  • 1⁄2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1⁄2 cup basil leaves
  • 3 fresh figs
  • 2 cups coconut water

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a blender or bullet-type juicer and purée until smooth.
