  • 8 large fresh, ripe figs
  • ¾ cup light coconut milk


  • Cut the figs into quarters and place in a medium bowl.
  • Add the coconut milk. Let the figs rest for 3 minutes before serving. This process will allow the juices to mix in with the milk.
