Five-Ingredient Spaghetti and Meatballs

There are a number of good, jarred marinara sauces at the supermarket—choose your favorite. Use your preferred frozen vegetables in this recipe—spinach, cauliflower, and a frozen stir-fry vegetable mix are all good choices.

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen meatballs
  • 3 cups frozen vegetables
  • ¾ lb. cooked spaghetti
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Place the frozen meatballs in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high heat for 2 minutes, and then for 30 seconds at a time if needed until the meatballs are cooked.
  • Place the frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high heat for 3 minutes, and then for 1 minutes at a time until cooked.
  • Heat the sauce in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Toss the pasta with the tomato sauce. Stir in the meatballs and vegetables. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
