Flavored Oils for Pizza
Flavored oils can be spread on pizza and used in salads and soups.

Makes: 1 cup
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup of your favorite herb or a combination of herbs, such as thyme, basil, rosemary, and oregano
- 1 tsp. of your favorite peppercorns, such as black, pink, green, and white
- Place the oil, garlic, herbs, and peppercorns in a saucepan over high heat. Scald the oil, cool, and store for future use. This will keep for up to three weeks if refrigerated. Oil may be strained before storing, but it is not necessary.
