Fluffy Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

- 3⁄4 lb. potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1⁄4 cup warm buttermilk
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground white pepper
- Place potatoes in large bowl and partially mash.
- Add warm buttermilk and mix well, mashing potatoes completely.
- Stir in butter, salt, and pepper. If you like your mashed potatoes creamy, add some of the potato water.
