French Beans

Ingredients

  • 2½ lbs. beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. walnut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans

Directions

  • In a sauté pan, toss green beans in hot peanut and walnut oils until tender, about 3–5 minutes. Add honey, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes. Add pecans and serve.
