Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted cherries
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice, divided

Directions

  • Combine cherries, banana, coconut milk, and vanilla extract in the blender with ½ cup ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
