Fresh Chèvre Tapenade
This is a perfect topping for crostini, sandwich spread, or dip with toasted pita bread.

- 2⁄3 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1⁄2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup fresh chèvre
- 1⁄4 tsp. lemon juice
- Combine olives, anchovy paste, and capers in food processor or blender, and blend at low speed until the mixture becomes a coarse paste. Drizzle in olive oil and continue processing until just blended.
- Place fresh chèvre in a small bowl, then add contents of blender and lemon juice. Fold together until just blended.
