Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

This refreshing salad is the perfect complement to your turkey dinner or addition to your leftover turkey sandwich.


  • 1 package cranberries, fresh (12oz)
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until evenly ground. Add the orange, sugar and salt; process until evenly ground, scraping down the sides.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
