Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish
This refreshing salad is the perfect complement to your turkey dinner or addition to your leftover turkey sandwich.
- 1 package cranberries, fresh (12oz)
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until evenly ground. Add the orange, sugar and salt; process until evenly ground, scraping down the sides.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
