Fresh Fruit and Yogurt

Use fruits that are in season. Mix and match the ripest.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ pint fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 6 mint sprigs

Directions

  • Spoon the yogurt into serving bowls and arrange fruit and granola around each rim. Garnish with mint.
