Fresh Roasted Green Beans

There is really no excuse not to have veggies with dinner. You can throw these beans in the oven and voilà—done in 15 minutes!

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 3 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. onion powder


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Arrange green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Dress with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Bake 15 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
