Fresh Tomato Pizza Sauce
This really good pizza sauce is not cooked before it goes on the pizza. You can also use this sauce over pasta.

- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 lb. fresh cherry or plum tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Sauté the garlic in olive oil for 4 minutes over low flame. Place the garlic and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and purée until very smooth.
