Frozen Kiwi-Strawberry-Orange Smoothie

Kiwifruits offer a grand amount of vitamin C and potassium (almost as much as a banana). Chia seeds are the richest source of omega-3 oils, and just a small amount boosts the nutritional value of this delicious beverage.

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, leaves removed
  • 1 cup frozen kiwi
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds, finely ground
  • Handful ice


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
