Fruit Cocktail Smoothie
The trick to rich-tasting low-fat smoothies is not to use crushed ice. Use frozen fruit instead; it will thicken without diluting the flavor.

- 1 can (8 oz.) fruit cocktail, chilled
- 1 cup skim milk
- ¼ cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and chopped
- In a blender container or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend or process until smooth, then serve immediately.
