Fruit Jigglers

Sugar-free gelatin is the perfect sweet treat for someone trying to lose weight. Of course, fruit is best, but at 10 calories a serving, sugar-free gelatin will do no harm.

  • 1⁄2 cup sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 1⁄2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. Fat-Free Cool Whip


  • With a spoon, chop up gelatin in a bowl. Add strawberries to gelatin and blend together. Top with Fat-Free Cool Whip.
