- 1⁄4 cup blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 large peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt

- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
