Fruit Smoothie

Use this recipe as a formula for any type of fruit smoothie. Replace blueberries with other berries, pineapple, bananas, peaches, or your favorite combination.

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 tsp. toasted wheat germ
  • 6 large ice cubes


  • Put all the Ingredients into blender or food processor and process until thick and smooth.
