Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1⁄3 cup fresh mango
  • 1⁄3 cup fresh papaya
  • 1⁄3 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1⁄3 cup fresh peaches
  • 2⁄3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1⁄4 cup crushed ice

Directions

  • Remove the skins and seeds from the fruit and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
