- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup fresh mango
- ⅓ cup fresh papaya
- ⅓ cup fresh strawberries
- ⅓ cup fresh peaches
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 tsp. honey
- ¼ cup crushed ice
- Remove the skins and seeds from the fruit and cut into 1" cubes.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
