Fruit Stand Jam Cake
This lovely dessert is one of the many simple ways to enjoy the taste of beautifully fresh fruit. With only two ingredients, it’s easy to bake up any time you’ve got a hankering.

- 1 box (18.25 oz.) white cake mix marked “just add water”
- 1 jar (12 oz.) peach preserves
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a Bundt pan.
- Combine preserves and cake mix in a large mixing bowl. Mix using a wooden spoon; do not expect a smooth batter. Pour into pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
