A Fruity Flush Smoothie
This is an easy and delicious way to satisfy cravings and fruit and vegetable servings in the same smoothie.

- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 1⁄2 cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
- 1 medium pear, cored
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2 cups purified water
- Place cucumber, cantaloupe, pear, banana, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
