A Fruity Flush Smoothie

This is an easy and delicious way to satisfy cravings and fruit and vegetable servings in the same smoothie.

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1⁄2 cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
  • 1 medium pear, cored
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water


  • Place cucumber, cantaloupe, pear, banana, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
