Garam Masala Nut Butter

This nut butter is exceptional served with flax flatbread.

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup young coconut meat
  • 4 Tbsp. ground sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. garam masala spice
  • ½ tsp. paprika


  • Place the macadamia nuts, young coconut meat, and sesame seeds in a food processor with an S blade and process until the nut butter is well-mixed and chunky. Add the garam masala spice, salt, and paprika. Blend again and serve.
