Garbanzo Dip

  • 3 cups cooked garbanzo beans, liquid reserved
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. honey


  • Combine beans, cumin, and lemon juice in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of water or bean broth if you need to thin the dip. Fold in basil and serve, topped with honey.
