- 3 cups cooked garbanzo beans, liquid reserved
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Combine beans, cumin, and lemon juice in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of water or bean broth if you need to thin the dip. Fold in basil and serve, topped with honey.
