Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is an incredibly versatile dressing. You can add all sorts of different herbs to it; thyme and rosemary would be delicious.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. white pepper

Directions

  • Whisk all ingredients together. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Drizzle over salad greens or use as called for in recipes.
