Garlic “Mashed” Cauliflower

Move over mashed potatoes. This recipe makes a simple and satisfying side for any meal.

  • 1 head cauliflower, steamed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. roasted garlic


  • Process cauliflower in a food processor with coconut butter and roasted garlic until smooth. Serve warm.
