Garlic “Mashed” Cauliflower
Move over mashed potatoes. This recipe makes a simple and satisfying side for any meal.

- 1 head cauliflower, steamed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. coconut butter
- 1 Tbsp. roasted garlic
- Process cauliflower in a food processor with coconut butter and roasted garlic until smooth. Serve warm.
