Garlic Vinaigrette

Only whole fresh garlic cloves will create the desired intensity in this dressing.

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • ½ cup olive oil


  • Combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic. Beat in the olive oil gradually with a fork or whisk until the mixture emulsifies.
