- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- Combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic. Beat in the olive oil gradually with a fork or whisk until the mixture emulsifies.
