- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 lb. broccolini, cut into 3" pieces
- 1 tsp. all-natural sea salt
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccolini and salt. Sauté for 3–5 minutes, until broccolini is crisp-tender. Serve warm.
