Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1⁄2 green pepper, seeded
- 1⁄2 red pepper, seeded
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded
- 4 scallions, trimmed
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
Directions
- Process the tomatoes through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Add the peppers, followed by the scallions and the garlic.
- Whisk or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve over ice.
