Ginger Ale Smoothie

Ginger ale is the most common remedy for any type of stomach ailment. This natural version of ginger ale provides all of the powerful nutrition without the sometimes uncomfortable and problematic carbonation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 4 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • ¼" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea

Directions

  • Place watercress, apples, ginger, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved. Strain before serving, if desired.
