Ginger Cherry Smoothie Bowl
This super-quick, super-healthy smoothie bowl will soon be a breakfast favorite in your house!

- 2 cups pitted cherries
- ½" gingerroot, peeled
- 1 cup low-fat canned coconut milk
- 2 cups nonfat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cardamom
- 1 cup ice
- 4 whole cherries
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseeds
- In a large blender, combine pitted cherries, ginger, and coconut milk and blend on high until ingredients are emulsified and well blended.
- Add yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and cardamom and blend on high until thoroughly combined. Add ice gradually while blending on high and blend until smooth.
- Pour equal amounts of smoothie into each of two serving bowls. Garnish each bowl with 2 whole cherries and 1 tablespoon flaxseed. Serve cold.
